Online and in-person workshops are a great addition to your intimacy coaching sessions, or on their own.
Each event and workshop targets a specific way to help you to make better connections, access more pleasure in your body, and have better sex.
This may be a Feminine Embodiment workshop for women of all ages, Couples Intimacy workshops, Tantra/ Sacred Sexuality and other methodologies.
In my playful, engaging workshops I help you break down your relationship and intimacy walls and dive deeper into connection, mutual understanding, and expand your experience of pleasure.

Playful Presence is a carefully curated journey designed to open hearts and dissolve barriers.
Led by experienced facilitator Heidi True, Certified Somatic Sex and Intimacy Coach, and Nathan Norindr, Certified Hypnotherapist and Conscious Connection Guru.
This unique workshop invites you to rediscover your intimate relationship with an injection of open-hearted curiosity.
What is Playful Presence?
This delightful afternoon workshop is designed to give you the tools and practices to connect deeper, encouraging curiosity and honesty, while dissolving the awkwardness around being physical and intimately connected.
We use a blend of connection games, conscious touch, gentle breath-work, and non-verbal communication exercises to bypass the analytical mind and connect heart-to-heart.
There is no forced group sharing, and no nudity. Your focus will be on you and your partner. This is a safe, guided container where you can explore the landscape of your relationship with curiosity and joy.
Playful Presence is about rediscovering the person you fell in love with through the lens of play.
$180: Price is per couple or pair, no singles for this workshop.
